Busy Short Sale Week in Las Vegas
I had heard that buyers “disappeared”, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. Had lots of calls on the weekend and offers on listings. Maybe word is speading that the interest rates are crazy low and homes are at walmart prices. My wish is that we keep the momentum going and get short sale approvals quicker. Buyers will stick with the process if we do.
